Do you make house calls?

We come to your house or business and make the repairs onsite or take the tree with us depending on the situation.

What if you are not able to repair our tree?

If we are not able to repair your tree you will not be charged.

When do you work on trees?

We work on trees 365 days a year.

Why should I use your service?

We are interested in building long-lasting relationships. We pride ourselves on being able to setup, takedown, and repair your Christmas tree. Remember, if your tree cannot be repaired we don't charge you a penny.

Do you repair trees outside the Des Moines, IA metro area?

Yes. If the distance is too far, we can always make arrangements to have the tree shipped.

I have been contacted to provide a testimonial of the service I received. Do I have to have my name displayed?

We respect our clients' privacy and will never display any personal information upon their request, nor will we ever sell, distribute or share any information given to us by clients or potential clients. We feel sharing our clients' experiences speaks to our commitment of quality service.
